Tuition Assistance
Families may apply for tuition assistance through the FACTS Family Portal. Awards are determined annually.
Mission Scholarship
In some cases, a family's needs may differ from FACTS calculations. Mission Scholarships are reviewed individually to support families when additional consideration is needed.
Temporary Hardship Support
Short-term assistance may be available for families experiencing an unexpected financial hardship.
New Student Registration Process
1. Complete Online Application
Submit an online application through FACTS at spspasco.org/admissions.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate
- Indication of Special Needs (IEP, if applicable)
*All documents must be scanned and uploaded.
2. Look for Enrollment Email
After you submit the application, you’ll receive an “Enrollment at St. Patrick School” email with a unique FACTS Family Portal link and login credentials.
3. Create a Parent Account
Click the link in the enrollment email, log into FACTS Family Portal, and create your username and password.
4. Complete Enrollment Application
Use your new FACTS Family Portal account to complete your student’s enrollment process.
- Copy of Immunization Certificate
- Parenting Plan (if applicable)
5. Financial Plan
Families seeking tuition assistance must complete the FACTS Gran & Aid application by April 30, 2026. Families not seeking assistance will receive their tuition contract via email to review and sign.
